Factory FAQs
Our general MOQ is 500 pcs per model (SKU). For color glazes, we can often split this into 250 pcs per color. For giftware with custom logos, MOQ starts at 1,000 pcs to ensure cost-efficiency.
For new OEM shapes requiring mold creation, lead time is 14-20 days. For existing shapes with new glaze colors, it takes about 7-10 days. We charge a sample fee which is refundable upon placing a mass production order of $5,000+.
We primarily work with FOB Haiphong or CIF to your designated port. We can refer you to freight forwarders who handle DDP, but as a factory, our responsibility typically ends at the port of destination.
